100% of your money is mailed to The New Jersey Prepaid Funeral Trust Fund "Choices" that meets all Federal and State consumer protection preneed laws. The Fund is managed in cooperation with one of New Jersey's largest banking institutions.

What do I need to do?

• You can call a Funeral home and discuss your desires.

• When your arrangement is finalized, write the check directly payable to NJPTF for the cost of the funeral. You may pay in full or select the payment plan.

How does NJ Prepaid Funeral Trust Fund work?

Your money is placed in an FDIC insured account in your name and it is completely refundable except SSI/Medicaid money. To earn the best possible interest, your money is placed with other accounts to earn higher interest over time to offset the cost of inflation. Your New Jersey Prepaid Funeral Trust Fund account becomes immediately payable.
